Cancellation of the confirmed ticket 1 day before.
1 Tier AC - Rs.120
2 Tier AC - Rs.100
3 Tier AC - Rs.90
Sleeper - Rs.60
However, above refund is not applicable for Tatkal. No refund for Tatkal confirmed tickets.
For RAC/WL tickets are allowed to refund the full amount after deducting the clerkage charges which will be Rs.30 for all classes.
In case, train running late more than 3 hours and passenger does not intend travel then you can opt for TDR filing for e-tickets through online. Submit the ticket to station master if it is i-ticket within the prescribed time, below are the prescribed timings based on distance.
Up to 200Kms - 3Hrs
200-500Kms - 6Hrs
More than 500kms - 12Hrs
