Srinivasa Giri gutta Sri Venkateswara Swami temple in palvancha


Srinivasa Giri Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple is very famous and Powerful temple in Khammam District. This temple was constructed during the times of Kakathiya kingdom.Srinivasa Giri Temple built on the hills at Srinivasa Puram aka Srinivasa Colony, Dhammapet X roads, Palvancha, Khammam district(currently in Badhradri district) and exactly 5 km away from Palvancha bus stand.

Here, the only way to reach the temple by the steps there is a steps way (nearly 500 steps)to reach temple which is located on top of the hill. This temple will be opened only on every Saturdays and every year in July, the temple committee will conduct Srinivasa Kalyana Mahostavam.

In olden days, there is no power supply and footpath way to reach the temple.This hill was completely covered by trees and rocks. Later villagers identified this temple and formed a temple committee to develop temple.Students are like to visit this temple as they like an adventure. There is a tradition to be attended by Badhradri constituency MLA every year for Srinivasa Kalyanostam.
