Indian Railways announced good news to their passengers. As part of Digital India and go cashless scheme strategies, Indian railways ready to give 5 percent discount on snack items in train for their cashless purchase.The Passengers should use any of their bank debit/credit cards to avail this discount offer.Already IRCTC service charge removed permanently.previously they collected Rs.20 for sleeper class and Rs.40 for any AC class tickets.This service charge discount is available for e-ticket booking only.
HIGHLIGHTS

- Cashless purchase discount offer will be available from June 30th, 2017.
- IRCTC service charge waived.here after There is no service charge for an E-booked train ticket.
